For the launch of a new AI chatbot, I created a user notification highlighting the assistant’s key benefits and encouraging clients to explore and test its new features.
Designing product walkthroughs
For a feature launch, I designed an interactive product tour that guided users through the new functionalities. I focused on clear messaging and an intuitive step-by-step workflow to maximize client engagement.
Developing in-app surveys
To gather client feedback, I collaborated with Product Managers to develop and test an in-app survey. I considered details like completion rates, survey length, character-limited text fields, and intuitive navigation for a seamless user experience.
